1996 Dodge Van Brake light switch

I have a 1996 Dodge Ram Van 3500, 5.9L V8.
I bring it to inspection, tested out the brake cake on but will not go off after release. Sometime I have to tug on the brake pedal so the brake light will go off. They suggested to replace the "brake light switch" could someone help me locate the switch and it it possible that a handyman could do?

Follow the brake pedal arm till it meets up with the brake support bracket this is where the switch is-
