1995 Dodge Van overheating

95 3.9 ram van 1500 overheats. new thermostst & waterpump & cap. pressure builds up in radiator to 20 lbs. after driving short distance. radiator cant't hold the pressure. could crack in head pump enough pressure to keep thermostat from opening?

Hi there,

I would be concerned that you have a partially blocked radiator, i would have it cleaned by a radiator repairer as a back flush will not be enough to clear blocked core tubes.
