If you hard wire the coil it has spark.What could be wrong in the system

If you have to hard wire it then your not getting power to the coil. If the coil don't have power nothing is gonna happen irregardless if the rest of the ignition components are working such as the pick-up coil/control module/cam and crabk sensors.
