1979 Dodge Van front brakes locked

I have a 1979 dodge cabover motorhome. I pulled into my yard and got stuck. After being pulled out backwards both front brakes are locked. Any help? thanks

How long did the vehicle sit before being removed? Also, was there any problem prior to getting stuck?
