I'm putting my rear diff back together on a 1996 dodge 1500 truck. It has a 5.9 L engine & 4 by 4. How do I adjust the side play on the crown? :Roll: :roll:

Usually their should be a little bit of play not much, Sometimes you may need to get some shims from auto parts store or rear end tranny shop/

On a 1997 dodge 1500 there is side adjusting nuts know shims.
