Signal lights stop working some times along with wiper blades. Problem only when steering wheel is in down position. Is it a wiring or control switch problem?

Hi there,

Thank you for the donation,

I would be removing the steering column trim and inspection the loom for the switch, check for a loose plug or a fault in the wiring where it may be damaged, start here.
