The little engine shaped light in the instument panel has come on. I'm looking for information as to what it is so when i take it to the dealer i have some knowledge of what they are talking about. thanks John

That is a check engine light. It indicates there is a trouble code storred in the computer. Take it to a nationally recognized parts store and have them scan the computer for codes. Most stores will do it for free.
