2004 Dodge Truck ruff idle

2004 Dodge Truck V8

I have a ram 1500 w/a hemi i have a ruff idle when at stops this does not happen offten and i get no check engion light

try cleaning the throttle plate with choke cleaner on both sides. they tend to oil up and get sticky. make sure to replace the air duct before starting the truck and it may be hard to start. Also if you haven't changed your fuel filter do that as well.
