2004 Dodge Truck oxygen sensor

my check engine light came on indicating a P0157 trouble code, low voltage oxygen sensor bank 2 sensor 2, where is it and how do I fix it. Is this something a dealership has to repair?

It is something that may be free at the dealer, Emissions are covered for 8 years 80,000 by Federal law, so I would go and at least ask! Bank 2 sensor 2 is on the side where # 2 cylinder is and is the downstream sensor, behind the converter.
