While driving My 2003 1500 Ram 5.7 hemi I have cold air but when I stop at a traffic light or I'm in town making frequent stops my air blows warm to hot. I have had someone tell me it could be the high pressure switch, could this be the problem??

Check cooling fan operation they should be on when AC is on. The high pressure will cut off AC but the head pressure would have to get to 220 to 240 psi
