2002 Dodge Truck Power windows and lock issue

I have a Quad cab truck. From the driver's seat I can roll all of the windows down, and lock all of the doors except the back drivers side door will not lock or unlock.

When you try to control the windows or door locks at any of the three passenger doors, you can not control the windows or locks at all. Do you have any idea what would be causing this?

Sounds like the child lock-out has been turned on from the drivers switch. The door lock is most likely the lock actuator in the door that has gone bad, replaced many Dodge one's
