2002 Dodge Truck 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

I have to warm my truck up to get going. After going it is sluggish. When I step on the gas it does not respond.While going down the freeway I can get get up to 70mph, and then the mph cuts back with my foot down to the floor it only gets up to 55mph. I have changed my fuel filter and put treatment in it and its just getting worse. Please Help. I had someone checked the codes, it could be the fuel pump,transfer pump.Its a Diesel 2500

Your probable causes here could be air mixing with the fuel, supply pump might not be putting the out correct pressure,block fuel line, Air intake restrictions, exhaust restrictions, transmission problems and internal engine problemss,
