When I start my truck the engine idles at 2000 rpm then settles down to idle at 500rpm. Occasionally the idle will flucuate between 500 rpm and 1000 rpm.
Whats wrong? How do I fix it?

I would check/replace the idle air control valve, if that doesnt, fix it. check your mass airflow sensor, airfilter, breather and pcv.
