2001 Dodge Truck no heat

2001 Dodge Truck Four Wheel Drive

The fan blows fine but air is not hot (no heat at all). Also the temperaturen gauge on the dash does not does not move at all. Is that a thermostate problem or something else? Truck does not over heat.

Replace the thermostat and see what happens then report back
