2001 Dodge Truck no brake pedal

i had my passengerrear backing plate replaced and now i can not get brake fluid to the rear brakes i have tried bleeding them and still no fluid to the rear brakes

Combination valve has triped and sealed off fluid to rears. Try bleeding fronts loss of pressure may reset if not combo valve needs replacement
