2001 Dodge Truck ABS light and brake pedal soft

My ABS light is on and the brake pedal is soft yet there is no air in the brake lines. I can't find whats wrong.

When you say soft, do you mean it goes to the floor if pressure is held on it? Spongy? Will pump up?

Yep, you could still have air in the lines and more specific the ABS control valves. You must use a scanner to open the valves when bleeding the brakes, please go over this video to help you see what I am talking about.
