Did you disconnect the battery? TPS and AIS motor didn't become defective by replacing the compressor so replacing them doesn't make sense. Since the "Check Engine" light comes on intermittently, there's a diagnostic fault code in memory in the engine computer. Read out that code; it will direct you to the circuit or system with the problem.

If the battery was disconnected, you need to relearn minimum throttle. Drive at highway speed, then coast for at least seven seconds without touching the brake or gas pedals. After that, the computer will know when it needs to be in control of idle speed.

I replaced evaporator not compressor. Now when I turn on ac engine light comes on code 0123 comes up, i replaced tps didnt work. when i unplug compressor and cycling switch on the compressor and turn on ac engine light does not come on when i leave compressor unplugged and plug the cycling switch back in and turn on ac the engine light comes back on. i clear code before trying different things. truck runs great when ac is not on. had service done they said it was not tps. I did disconnect battery when replacing evaporator. tried running at highway speed and letting go of gas for several seconds that didnt work what now?

Just to be clear, it's not "several" seconds; it's a minimum of seven seconds to relearn minimum throttle. That is not related to the Check Engine light though. You might have to consult a Dodge mechanic for that issue.
