1999 Dodge Truck Shut off

It just shuts off as you are driving. It will crank but not start for a few minutes after it shuts off. The Gagaes will frreeze for a bout 10 -15 sec and a NO BUS will flash onthe trip odometre. As soon as the gages un-freeze the NO bus will be replaces with the trip odometer reading. I replaced the ASC relay thinking that was it but still does it . Pull the relay when the truck is run is the closest to simulation what it does when it shuts off. It just goes dead no hesation or shutter.
