1999 Dodge Truck lug nuts broke off

Some of the lug nuts are missing from the front of my 1999 dodge 2500 4x4 and i woulkd like to replace them ? But I am having a problem getting the rotor off . Does it just pull off after the center nut and cotter key is removed? I also have a ather E-mail address it is william.dennison@timken.com

After removing caliper the rotor should slide out
u may be dealing with rust on the inside holding it on tight
a use of a hammer will help
and if that is the case may I suggest replacing the rotor
too
