purchased this truck on way home got front end wobble. rotated tires, replaced rotors, put on new idle and pitman arms, the wobble went away but still has slight bump in front passenger tire. Does it worse when on rough road and can feel a little shake in in steering wheel. Any suggestions before alignment?

with 235000 miles on that truck I'm sure there's a lot of worn-out parts in the front end if you take it in for an alignment as you suggested they will probably find the problem when they cannot alignment it.
