No tail lights. A year a go had wiring replaced because the truck lost all lighting. and now i lost the tail lights and dash lights What else can do

Welcome to the forum, check fuse 18-- 15 amp in the fuse block. Use a testlite on the circuit, should be hot all the time. If that checks out, check feed to and from the headlamp switch. Pink wire with red tracer is feed to the switch. Black wire with yellow tracer is feed from the switch, with the switch turned on.
