Im having light issues with my truck and not sure even were to begain.

When I go to turn my headlights on, some times I have to pull the nob on and off acouple times to get them to fully turn on. Marker lights will always come on.
Second, My left blinker doesnt blink anymore. Just stays on. However when I plug my horse trailer in, the blinker works now.
Just recently ive noticed now my dash lights arnt coming on either, I have to play with those for a while to get them to come on.
Any tips? Where I could start?

Look for overheated / melted wires and terminals on the headlight switch.

The left side has a burned out signal bulb or a bad ground on one of them. The signal flasher needs a minimum amount of current flowing through it to get hot enough to trip the contact. Your trailer light is making up for the burned out light on the truck. You will also find the right signal flashes faster than the left side.
