1996 Dodge Truck engine rough and missing

I drove thru a big puddle of water and now engine misses on low idle and sounds like my spark plugs are bad

Welcome to the forum. How long since a tune-up? Plugs--plug-wires-- cap-- rotor, they all dry? Check for any possible trouble codes. If you have a digital multimeter, you can get an inductive reading off the plug wires. You don't take plug loose and don't penetrate the insulation, you just touch the plug insulation. That test isn't conclusive. It is fast and you don't unplug anything. As an example, if most of the readings are around.5 and a couple are showing zero, I know where to start.
