when truck is under power the a/c changes from middle vents to defrost vents. the cruise was not working, I found a vacum hose under the battery box was broke. this repaired the cruise but still have vent problem.

Good question, I would use some common sense and get the car to a shop to have it checked by a professional. It's either a blend door, vacuum, or switch problem
