Hi:
Just follow the upper radiator hose back to the engine. It will end at the t-stat housing. Under the housing is the t-stat. Just drain the radiator, remove the upper hose from the housing, unbolt and remove the housing and remove it, remove the t-stat (note the direction it is sitting in) replace it, and reverse the order.
If you have problems or questions, let me know. Also, make sure there t-stat fits properly into the groves around the housing. If it's not in correctly, you could crack the housing when you tighten it. Also, make sure all old gasket material is cleaned off and the surface is clean and dry before replacing the housing.
