When the fuel level in the tank drops below 1/2 full
the truck will start to run rough at an idle. The lower the fuel level get the worse this problem gets
it does not stall but will run very poor

either your pumps filter is getting plugged or the pump is weak or you have a leak somewhere and the pump is not building enough pressure up. check the gas cap and fuel filler hose for cracks, also test the pressure of the pump at the fuel rail when the tank is full and when it is low.
