1991 Dodge Truck Engine shuts down while driving

While driving my dodge ram 150 it stalls and will not restart for 5-10 minutes. The engine will crank but will not ignite. I have switched automatic shutoff relay and problems persists. Could this be fuel pump, would it be an intermintant problem? Maybe a short in the ignition box.
