90 Dodge Ram 150 with a 318 - Throttle body .
Truck starts when it gets to normal running temp it stalls .
Will not start till it sets for a good while .
It is running to rich .

Some one took all the air pollution equipment off .
It had single exhaust now it is duel with the original o2 sensor in .

Ran good then the Idle control actuator started acting up . could not get it to idle down .
Replaced it and was okay for a bit .
Now it does this .

Can codes still be pulled after the truck has been tampered with ?

Thank You for any help .
