1989 Dodge Truck V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

the truck is flooding excessively did change fuel pressure regulator, map sensor, oxygen sensor, coolant temperature sensor, computer,. it has proper vaccum to the fuel regulator.

Check the vacuum hose at the fuel pressure regulator, it's on the side of the fuel injector. As shown, if there is ANY gas in the vacuum line, replace the regulator.
