1979 Dodge Truck runs hot

i have put a new radiator on plus thermostat and new hose but it stilll runs 190-200 degrees i was jsut wondering what it is suppose to be some people tell me this is about right and others so no. i would like to know what the temp should run

Just make sure when it goes to 220-240degs your fan better be in good shape to remove heat when it gets to this point.
