96 dodge stratus, 146000 miles I have alot of oil leaking and iol mixed in my coolant what does this mean?

If you have oil mixed in your coolant then you have a warped or cracked head, or a bad head gasket. Generally. And as far as oil leaks most likely a lot of other gaskets need to be changed
