headlight adjustment

i have a 2002 dodge stratus SXT. I can adjust the vertical alignment of my headlights. But i cannot find the screw to adjust the horizontal alignment. Where do i locate the screw. Or is it not provided?

When you open the hood and see an adjuster screw. Line up both headlights so they are the same. It works best if you can aim them at night at a wall. Here is the complete aiming instructions from the manual (Below)
