Bottom balljoint grinding with the inner part of rim

On the left front drivers side wheel I have been having scraping sounds come from there, I had 9 different mechanics look at it and each one except 3 tell me the something different. The 3 told me it was the wheel bearing. I had that replaced and other parts that I had to pay for that I didn't even now that got replaced, and still it didn't fix it.

I had the drive axle, top ball joint, brakes, caliper, rotter all of that has been replaced except the lower ball joint and it still does it.

what is going on is that the bottom ball joint is scraping along the inner part of the rim and I have no clue why.

I payed a mechanic to look at it and he charged me $500.00 for something that didn't work. He changed all the parts above and still nothing.

I have to drive on a donut spare for the noise to stop.

The tires around the car is R14 (original) and the donut is R15

Has the car been in an accident?
Have you owned this prior to when this all started?
Have tried swapping the 2 front wheels to eliminate the rim as the cause? Some wheels have different backspacing, if the suspect wheel has ever been replaced it may not be the correct one for your car
You may want to get a lower control arm and compare it to yours to see if there is any bend in it.
