water on passenger side floor. is it from a clogged ac tubing and how to fix the problem

That is what it sounds like unless it is coolant. As far as water, open the hood and look on the firewall, passanger side. You will see a black rubber tube pointing toward the ground. Usually, they get clogged at the end from dirt and debrit from the road.
