2005 Dodge Stratus car heater

The heater only throws out hot air when the car is actually moving if we are just sitting at a light it blows cold but as soon as we move its hot again. Is my heater going bad or a fuse???

It sounds like you're low on coolant. Make sure the coolant is full and let me know.
