2004 Dodge Stratus water on drivers side floorboards, heate

my drivers side floor boards keep filling up with water, and the heater doesnt always work. Is this the heater core leaking?

best thing to do is put a bucket under where the spot is appearing and try to catch it, this prevents you from having to tear apart the dash to find out. or you could dare taste it, which is what i normally do saves alot of hassle, if it tastes like antifreeze its the heater core. post back.
