The first thing I would look at is the tire. Jack it off the ground and run it in gear while supported and watch the edge of the tire watching for a spot that jumps. This would indicate a belt separation which will cause a low speed wobble.

I replaced motor mounts on my 1996 stratus because of steering shaking, car is fantastic since, its not that hard to do, good luck Declan.
