2004 Dodge Stratus squeak in front wheel driver side assemb

when turning there is a squeaky noise. it looks like the seal on the bottom pivot arm is broken/

Does it happen when the front bounces? If so, check the sway bar bushings. Also if it is a continuous noise, make sure the front brake sensor is touching indicating worn brake pads.
