I came out to use my car one day and the heater blower motor would only work on high. The fan worked fine then one day it just works on high. I tried to replacement the AC/heater control panel from a local junk yard. But that did not fix the issue. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The lower settings go through the blower motor resistor. I''ll bet the power stops there.

Yep that's what it was. The motor blower resistor blew out. Purchased a new one at NAPA for around $20. That fixed the problem. Thanks for your help.
