How do I change the light bulbs on this. I can't get the old bulbs out

that doesn't work for this model. the power wash and pump are in the way on the right side and electrical bracket in the left side is diffently in the way.

The information came from your owners manual. The Dodge Stratus owners manual doesn't work for your vehicle?? Maybe I looked at the wrong one? Sorry
