Heater problem
2004 Dodge Stratus 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 140k miles

My car's heater works when i'm driving at least 55 but seems to get colder as my speed slows. when i'm stopped it is cold air that comes out. Is this a thermostat problem?

It could be a bad thermostat. You need to either use a laser thermometer to check the temp or just replace it.
