HEAT/AC ONLY BLOWS ON HIGH SPEED IS THIS A PROBLEM WITH THE SWITCH OR RESISTOR AND HOW DO I CHECK, LOCATE, AND REMOVE EITHER THANKYOU RAY.

Chances are the resister is the poblem. If the blower works on high, the motor is good. Therefore, I would say the resister is bad. The hard part is where it is. It is located inder the dash on the passanger's side behind the glove box. Here is a picture of what you will see and where the resister is. It is on the right side of the HVAC.
