The brakes were squealing, took the car to the shop. The brakes no longer squeal but now whenever you press the brake pedal the car 'sometimes' jerk. Don't hear anything but you can feel the car jerk. Took car back, repairman no help. What did he do wrong and how do I go about repairing the problem, please.

What was done to fix the squealing?

A brake pull can have various sources, and not neccessarily caused by the front brakes. Need to know if you have rear drum or disc brakes also/
