2003 dodge stratus 2.4L sxt 4 cylinder-manual calls for 87 octane but im using 85 octane,will that be OK to use,i live in Colorado springs,Co

You are fine at your elevation. But if you take a drive to a lower elevation (less than 4000 feet) you should fill up with 87.
