I replaced head gasket set, had head shaved and replaced cam sensor. Car run well unless idles at a stop, then car acts like it wants to stall out. Can you tell me what could be wrong?

Assuming you disconnected the battery, which you should have, the engine computer lost its memory. It needs to relearn minimum throttle. To do that, drive at highway speed, then coast for at least seven seconds without touching the brake or gas pedals.
