2002 Dodge Stratus Water pump repalcement

My water pump is leaking, so im replacing it. Im kinda lost on what needs to come off though. I have the front right motor mount removed as well as the front part of the dust cover. Does the back dust cover have to come off? Also it looks like im going to have to remove the timing belt and gears. I plan on replacing the belt any way. But DO i HAVE to remove the gears? thanks
