2002 Dodge Stratus Timing

We have a 2002 Dodge stratus 2.7L
we had to put a water pump in it and now we cant get it to run. It ran fine before would just over heat.
we have set the timing and reset it even paid a Mobile Mechanic to come time it. But even now it won't run. It starts but wont stay started like it is out of gas. How can we test if it is not getting gas?
What else do you recomend we do?

Disconnect the cam sensor and start it may crank a bit more before it fires
but if it runs and stay running suspect wrong timing have it rechecked
need pressure gauge to check the fuel pressure
check the video collection in the site menu
Ken shows in it how to check fuel pressure
