replaced water pump now no start will start with cam sensor discon. sill no comms to ecm

As far as communicating with pcm. Did you do any testing at the datalink connector? Pin 16 is hot all the time, pins 4 and 5 are grounds.

yes all grounds and power there will comm to trans mod and abs mod and power and grounds good to ecm
