Chances are it is being caused by dry or worn sway bar bushings. They are under the front. THere is a round steel bar that runs from one side to the other. It is mounted in 4 places and rubber bushings hold it in place. When they get older or dry out, the make noise. Check that and let me know. You could even try spraying something like WD40 on the bushings to see if it helps. However, usually the oil doesn't make it the entire way through and it doesn't stop it.
