Bad heater resistor. Get a new one from your friendly Dodge dealer, look behind your glove compartment and follow this instruction below this guide can help as well

As I was driving to work today... the heater was on, I turned it off as it was getting warm in the car.. I turned it back on a little later and it wouldn't work on any speed except high. I checked the fuse in the inside fuse panel and thought of checking the a/c relay under the hood but if it was burnt out would I still get heat on high speed? I'm not sure what to check now, can you help? Please!

Thanks very much for any info you can provide.

There is a blower motor resistor on the right side of car behind dash on HVAC plenum. Follow the wires from the blower motor back to the resistor. See if it gets power to it at all settings, get back with what you find

Hi Most likely the blower resistor that lowers voltage to motor for slower speeds. Located in air plenum just left of motor has plug and couple of screws. see diagram

hey, most likley a resistor, this is located by the blower housing usually mounted on the firewall on the passenger side, another thing it could be is the switch, highly unlikely though, the switch is testable if you have a volt meter, you can pick up the resistor for 8-10 dollars

check blower motor relay, if OK test blower motor resistor.

for the cruise control, check fuse. are brake lights still working? is the CC indicator coming on in dash when pushing the CC switch ON?
